融合：该基地选址为沂山的入口处，既要考虑与沂山的充分融合，又要兼顾秦池文化与蓝莓文化的最佳结合。
绿色：建筑即景观，景观即建筑。
主题：通过主题观念，打造完整的空间设计。
Integration: the site of the base is located at the entrance of Yishan mountain. It should not only consider the full integration with Yishan mountain, but also consider the best combination of Qinchi culture and blueberry culture.
Green: architecture is landscape, and landscape is architecture.
Theme: create a complete space design through theme concept.
